Pacific Gas (Hong Kong) Holdings Limited (“Pacific Gas”) has noted with concern a recent report referring to Pacific Gas in connection with a vessel allegedly involved in a ship-to-ship operation with a sanctioned vessel.
Pacific Gas wishes to clarify that the information relating to Pacific Gas is entirely untrue. Pacific Gas has no ownership, control, or any other connection with the vessel concerned, and no connection, direct or indirect, with the alleged ship-to-ship operation.
The company reserves all legal rights in relation to this matter.
